Meditation
Start by sitting comfortably with your spine reasonably straight.
Breathe deeply until you find that you have relaxed. Visualize your chakras and
below you in the earth is a white light. The white light is healing energy from
the earth. Visualize cc that light being channeled up through your chakras,
brightening them a little as it travels up your chakras, it then spills over
your head and back into the earth. The process is repeated over and over until
your chakras are bright and you feel more balanced. When you are done, reverse
the process until you feel you are done.
You will need to do this regularly to obtain consistent results.
